The Epicurus Group was formed in 1978 to provide consulting services to the hospitality and foodservice industries.
The logical growth and progress of the company has taken us into food, beverage and travel publishing; into research and statistical data collection; and eventually to the stage of mentoring other young professionals. A natural development leading us towards the creation of the School for Management.In the 29 years we've operated, we have developed so vast a range of knowledge that we are now at the stage of teaching others. It seemed perfectly sound to create a school, and with our knowledge of online services, doing that on the Internet was a sound move. |
