From the Chancellor down, our team are first rate professionals. Most of our training team are seasoned, skilled professionals, consultants and experts in their individual fields. Our advisory team includes professionals from companies like American Express, Ecolab, Micros and Aloha. The goal being simply to bring intense, online training resources to the worlds of lodging, foodservice and restaurants, improving educational and training opportunities for management, staff and owners with an eye towards improving the success rate of both businesses and employees.

The Chancellor:

Richard, 7th Earl of Bradford Lord Bradford has served as President of the Master Chefs of Great Britain, an senior committee member of The Guild of British Food Writers, a member of the House of Lords, where he focused considerable attention to hospitality and foodservice industries, owner of several British restaurants and now, a member of the Board of Directors of The National Restaurant Association.

The Director:

Robert Angelone, Ph.D. Dr. Angelone has been Chairman of The Epicurus Group since he founded the firm in 1978. With extensive experience in banking, finance, economics and both restaurant and hotel consulting, he brings a broad, international experience to The School for Management. Dr. Angelone holds two culinary arts degrees, and of course, a doctorate in Economics.
