The position of CTO/CSO is for a startup financial services division of The Epicurus Group. We are seeking a highly qualified candidate with plenty of drive for growth and personal development.

Additional Information:
- The duties described are for the full-performance level. As the Chief Technology Officer – Chief Software Architect the duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as Chief Technology strategist in the planning, development and implementation of systems solutions supporting the Company’s long and short term IT plans.
- Coordinate the planning, development and implementation of complex financial services software.
- Advise the Chairman and CEO on all matters of architecture and identifies new, state of the art technology to improve operations.
- Analyze and improve upon technology standards across the organization to maintain a technological and competitive edge to advance the Company’s mission.
- Conduct research to remain up-to-date and knowledgeable in regards to industry trends and emerging technologies in anticipation of new business processes and system alterations.
- Collaborate with the appropriate departments to develop and maintain a technology plan that supports organizational needs.
- Develop and communciate business/technology alignment plans to execute team, staff, partners, customers, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement security enhancements to the Company’s technology infrastructure to protect critical data.
- Ensure continuous delivery of technical services through oversight of service level agreements with technology vendors, contractors, and end users.
