General counsel to a company such as The Epicurus Group must have a strong support team behind him (or her) with extensive resources such as a law library and a staff of paralegals and legal secretaries capable of assisting with complex legal matters ranging from Federal regulatory reporting to contracts with lenders, servicers and financial companies, as well as vendors and service providers. Backed also by outside counsel, this position requires someone of great integrity and personal commitment to corporate success.

Mr. Springer’s career is custom tailored to meet the needs and goals of The Epicurus Group’s highest in-house counsel. After a number of years as a practicing attorney, Mr. Springer moved into the world of business banking with Wachovia in the Charlotte area.

Mr. Springer will serve as General Counsel and Senior Vice President for Legal Affairs.
