Bernard Stolberg will hold a position of Vice President for Human Resources. He has an extensive background in the hospitality and franchise industries and business plan documentation.
For the last eight years, he has led the evolution and expansion of a small niche consulting firm, MCG, Management Consultant Group, with additional client revenues upwards of $4 million dollars. Earlier years include managing public and governmental information campaigns for high placed administrative political appointees. Since, Mr. Stolberg has followed his natural passion for small business development. For example, Bernard was instrumental in establishing company foundations and developing businesses including a $24 million startup cruise line and a $55 million dollar new construction product launch. Further, in various roles as project manager, operational director and managing partner, he successfully delivered specialty niche products to countless diverse and upscale clientele in challenging operational formats while also delivering a solid return for investors.
Mr. Stolberg has consulted to numerous high caliber organizations including Hilton Hotels (brand family), Wyndham Hotels, Ruths’ Chris Steakhouse, Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants, Interstate Hotels and Resorts, Decatur Hotels, Hillstone Restaurant Group (Houston’s, Gulfstream, etc), Raising Canes (2003 NRN Hot Concept), Ambassador International, American Orient Express, and many others.
His experience in startup business operations includes a very strong background in human resources, labor negotiations and practices and personnel policies.
